I got just what I wanted and the mats fit like a glove.

The shipping was a bit slow, but man, it was totally worth it! The color and design of this product are just fantastic. I give it a perfect score of 10/10 for the product, and the staff and communication were also top-notch!

I ordered a complete set of mats for my BMW IX3 2022 on November 30, 2022. The order went through smoothly, and communication was decent; I even got emails from Nita when I had trouble tracking my order. The mats arrived on January 19, delivered by Parcelforce, and my son installed them on Sunday the 22nd. At first, everything seemed fine, but the front passenger mat didn’t fit right. After checking it out, I discovered it was defective because part of it wasn’t shaped correctly during production. I snapped a photo of the issue and sent it to Nita, mentioning that there weren’t enough velcro strips included (only two). Nita replied saying my picture wasn’t clear enough and asked for a video, which I provided. A few days later, she got back to me, stating that her production team claimed they had shipped many mats for the IX3 and this was the first complaint they’d received. They didn’t acknowledge any faults and even said, "the customer can’t expect it to be 100%???" They also insisted we hadn’t followed the installation instructions by not applying velcro to the back under the seat, despite me telling them they hadn’t sent enough strips. A third party has confirmed that the passenger mat is indeed poorly made, and several areas, like the under-seat cooling and heating vents, are blocked by the mats, making them a bad fit as advertised. If you’re considering buying mats from Luxus, just know they don’t acknowledge any quality problems. Looking at the current reviews, about 15% of the mats delivered have quality issues, and none have been accepted or resolved by Luxus. I believe they expect customers to return the mats to China at their own expense! It’s unfortunate, but I definitely won’t be buying from Luxus again, so just be cautious about what you might face.

My awesome experience was due to Luxus being super communicative and really helpful while I was figuring out which mats I needed for my car. The mats' quality is definitely worth the wait and truly impressive.

These mats are of excellent quality, and I’m absolutely going to keep them and recommend them to my friends and family. I’m really into the new mats. I got the Ferrari red ones, and they really pop with my red seats. All in all, these are an essential accessory for any car!

I've purchased these types of floor mats five times! The first place I ordered from was a complete fraud! I never got my order, and their site disappeared when I tried to check on it. Another company sent me some really cheap mats. Luxus mats are definitely the top choice for quality, service, and dependability. Go with Luxus Car Mats!

This company is a real piece of work. Initially, they entice you with promises of leather floor mats. But then you find out they’re actually made of some synthetic material. They claim their headquarters is in Texas, but conveniently forget to mention it’s really based in China. Plus, their customer support? Yeah, it’s nonexistent. I’ve pulled my money back from the bank, but I’m left wondering if I’ll ever see it again. Seriously, how do these scammy companies keep operating out of China?

The shade is not as dark as what’s shown in the online image. Plus, there’s a crease that just won’t disappear, probably because of how it was packed. On a different note, the mats don’t stay put, even with the side clips.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. This company has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. The mats I ordered didn’t fit at all. They refuse to refund your money. Instead, they send a replacement set that also doesn’t fit. Then they claim you’ve missed the deadline for a refund. You have to post a negative review just to get any response from customer service. But here’s the kicker: they make you remove your negative review before they’ll even consider helping you. This is my third review because they made me take down the previous ones. (If only I could share screenshots of my emails with their customer service, I really wish I could.) It’s a total joke of a company and a massive waste of my time and cash.

Everything went awry. The only bright spot was the help I received from Nita in customer service. Aside from that, it was a total disaster. The mats they sent were nowhere near what would fit my vehicle or were made for it. I exchanged 18 emails and sent a bunch of photos to back up my claim. In the end, they offered me either 50% off a new set or a replacement if I returned the original mats to the distributor in China (which I'd have to pay for myself). Honestly, it’s the biggest waste of cash I've ever spent.
